I have had such great discussions with so many of you about the true fountain of youth...

I took the opportunity to talk about my journey over the past several years to feel and be younger last month.

Here at the 2021 Stansberry Conference & Alliance Meeting in Las Vegas, the subject of biohacking one's way to better health has taken up almost as much of the side discussion with readers as investing. Truly, health and wealth go together.

I have always loved going to the gym, and for 27 years, was an avid weightlifter. But a common affliction called golfer's elbow, or tennis elbow, made even simple activities like shaking hands or picking up luggage a painful affair.

Our connective tissues, the ligaments holding our joints together, have a complex path to healing, which is easier when we are younger.

This is because tendon regeneration, among many other elements that make us youthful, is driven by human growth hormone ("HGH"). It helps stimulate countless other benefits to the body, such as lower fat levels, longer, better sleep, and faster healing and recovery time.

Over the past four years, I have been chasing anything that can naturally increase HGH levels. I studied and spoke with Dr. Jason Fung, one of the world experts on intermittent fasting ("IF") and its contribution to unlocking and releasing HGH. At the conference, I spoke with several people who have read his research.

All I can say is that what I experienced just four years ago was, to me, nothing short of a modern medical miracle. With no surgery or medication, my elbows began feeling dramatically better.

Four years ago, I researched what drives HGH...

As a testament to the breadth of research I did, I think little has changed over time. I am always looking more into the fountain of youth that resides inside our heads.

In September, I covered a small number of the strategies that worked for me to boost my HGH levels. However, there are numerous other methods that the data backs up as beneficial for naturally increasing HGH levels in adults.

Intermittent fasting is just one method.

Peak 8 is another separate method of building HGH, and therefore can be done in any intermittent fasting window or even without fasting. It's a highly efficient way of exercising for HGH production... and it's just four minutes of actual exercise.

Almost unbelievable until I tried it myself.

In a nutshell, traditional cardio exercise does little for increasing HGH. It just doesn't hit the right muscle fibers. Interestingly, research has shown that you don't need to be a heavyweight to see a boost in levels.

Peak 8 training can be described as high-intensity burst cardio. It engages super-fast muscle fibers and causes the body to increase HGH back to youthful levels naturally.

A few weeks ago, I offered readers a copy of my research from 2017, where I discussed the methods that worked for me, and I received a great response...

I am looking for healthy biohacks and methods to avoid...

There are large problems with synthetic HGH enhancers, both orally and by injection. It is quite expensive and not without significant risk. Unless prescribed by your doctor for another medical purpose, this type of HGH stimulation comes with potential side effects that are not desirable.

Thank you all for your interest in this area of wealth. The reason we all invest is to enjoy the fruits of our labor throughout our entire lives, which is why our health is such an important aspect of our wealth, too.

And we received an outpouring of e-mails from readers last month when we talked about this topic. This is why I have prepared my report on HGH for you all to read if you are interested. Please e-mail us at [email protected] for the 18-page report about the best ways to feel young again.

Wishing you and yours, love, joy, and peace, as always.

Regards,

Joel Litman
